Homeowner Management Services is partnered with Rental Monitoring Solutions (RMS) to effectively manage the leasing activity in your community. 


Leasing Requirements

  • Leases must have an initial term of at least one year. 

  • Permits are automatically revoked upon the sale of a lot or the owner moving back into the unit.

  • Rent, or a portion thereof, can be assignable in certain circumstances if the owner is past due on assessments.

  • The owner transfers their right to use the recreational facilities to the tenant when the home is leased.

  • Owners are responsible for providing amenity access to their tenants.

  • Annual leasing administration fee applies.

  • Owners are required to submit a copy of the lease agreement and their tenant’s contact information to the Association.

  • Owners are responsible for their tenants’ behavior at all times.

Notification Requirements:

Within 10 days of the new lease, the owner must provide:

  1. A Copy of the Lease

  2. Name of Lessee

  3. Phone number of Lessee

  4. Owners Address and Phone Number

  5. Other items as the Board deems reasonable
